彩鋼板又叫建筑用金屬面絕熱夾芯板，上下兩層為厚度不小于0.5mm的彩色涂層金屬薄板，中間芯材可采用可燃有機保溫材料如聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、聚氨酯泡沫塑料以及不燃保溫材料如巖棉等。

　　為何彩鋼板建筑會如此危險？

　　Why are color steel plate buildings so dangerous?

　　彩鋼板按內(nèi)部夾芯材料主要分為：聚氨酯夾芯板、聚苯乙烯（EPS）夾芯板、巖棉夾芯板、玻璃絲綿夾芯板等。其中,防火性能的是巖棉夾芯板和玻璃絲綿夾芯板，屬于防火性能A級建筑材料，但這類夾芯板較高。一些使用單位為了減少成本，往往選用低廉的聚氨酯夾芯板或聚苯乙烯（EPS）夾芯板，而這種可燃夾芯材料在燃燒時將產(chǎn)生有毒氣體，極易醞成事故。

　　Color steel plates are mainly divided into polyurethane sandwich panels, polystyrene (EPS) sandwich panels, rock wool sandwich panels, glass wool sandwich panels, etc. according to their internal sandwich materials. Among them, the best fireproof performance is rock wool sandwich panel and glass wool sandwich panel, which belong to Class A fireproof building materials, but these sandwich panels are relatively expensive. 　　在搭建彩鋼房過程中，聚苯乙烯（EPS）、聚氨酯處于裸露狀態(tài)，容易被電焊、氣焊、切割機等明火作業(yè)直接引燃。彩鋼房在建成使用后，亂接電線，臨近熱源、火源，很容易使夾層中的聚苯乙烯（EPS）或聚氨酯著火。

　　During the construction of color steel houses, polystyrene (EPS) and polyurethane are exposed and easily ignited by open flame operations such as welding, gas welding, and cutting machines. After the construction and use of color steel houses, randomly connecting wires and being close to heat and fire sources can easily cause the polystyrene (EPS) or polyurethane in the interlayer to catch fire.

　　搭建彩鋼房多用于臨時用房，其采用的電線、電纜等多是廉價商品，由于電線、電纜橫穿夾芯層或沿著板材邊緣鋪設，一旦老化或破皮極易發(fā)生漏電短路，從而引燃夾層中的可燃芯材。

　　Building color steel houses is often used for temporary use, and the wires, cables, and other materials used are mostly cheap goods. Due to the fact that the wires and cables cross the sandwich layer or are laid along the edges of the board, once they age or break, they are prone to electrical leakage and short circuits, which can ignite the combustible core materials in the sandwich layer.

　　彩鋼房一旦發(fā)生火災，夾芯可燃材料在彩鋼板夾層內(nèi)燃燒、蔓延途徑多，火勢發(fā)展快，燃燒猛烈，產(chǎn)生大量劇毒濃煙，人員難以逃生，且撲救困難。

　　Once a fire occurs in a color steel house, the combustible materials in the sandwich layer will burn and spread through multiple pathways within the color steel plate interlayer. The fire will spread rapidly and fiercely, producing a large amount of highly toxic and thick smoke, making it difficult for personnel to escape and for firefighting to be carried out.

　　彩鋼板建筑火災的特點

　　Characteristics of color steel plate building fires

　　一、建筑耐火性能差，容易坍塌

　　1、 Poor fire resistance and easy collapse of buildings

　　彩鋼板建筑大多使用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)沉重火災時火場溫度可達800~1000℃超過鋼結(jié)構(gòu)失去靜態(tài)平衡穩(wěn)定性的500℃的臨界溫度。在承載負荷的情況下，裸露的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)很快會變形及局部破壞，造成建筑坍塌。普通彩鋼板房一般在發(fā)生火災后10分鐘左右就會喪失承載能力而垮塌，不利于人員疏散和搶救物資。

　　Most color steel plate buildings use steel structures. During heavy fires, the temperature at the fire site can reach 800-1000 ℃, exceeding the critical temperature of 500 ℃ at which the steel structure loses its static equilibrium stability. Under load-bearing conditions, exposed steel structures will quickly deform and suffer local damage, leading to building collapse. Ordinary color steel panel houses usually lose their load-bearing capacity and collapse about 10 minutes after a fire occurs, which is not conducive to personnel evacuation and rescue materials.

　　二、板芯材料易點燃，蔓延迅速

　　彩鋼板的板芯填充材料多數(shù)為聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯等易燃可燃材料，燃點低、阻燃性差，一旦遇到高溫火花、電線短路或明火作用會立刻燃燒，且材料的蜂窩狀結(jié)構(gòu)會加大與空氣的接觸面，導致猛烈燃燒。

　　The core filling material of color steel plate is mostly flammable and combustible materials such as polyurethane and polystyrene, with low ignition point and poor flame retardancy. Once it encounters high-temperature sparks, wire short circuits or open flames, it will immediately burn, and the honeycomb structure of the material will increase the contact surface with air, leading to violent combustion.

　　三、建筑內(nèi)通道狹窄，影響疏散

　　3、 The narrow passage inside the building affects evacuation

　　很多單位為了追求使用面積，沒有留出符合規(guī)范要求的通道和疏散空間，有些甚占用疏散通道搭建彩鋼房，一旦發(fā)生火災，人員疏散受阻，后果不堪設想。

　　Many units, in order to pursue the use of space, do not leave safety passages and evacuation spaces that meet regulatory requirements. 　　四、燃燒產(chǎn)物毒性大，逃生困難
